Renovation of a library in Merrimack, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Sealed proposals are requested for the removal and replacement of all low slope roof sections ('Roof Section A', 'Roof Section B', and 'Roof Section C') at the Merrimack Public Library. Proposals must include all associated costs of liability insurance, supervision, labor, materials, tools, and travel required to complete the work. All work must comply with applicable New Hampshire State Building Codes and local building codes. The successful bidder will be required to furnish both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each equal to 100% of the contract price, as well as provide proof of required insurance coverage. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid walk through, thoroughly inspect the project sites, and be familiar with all existing conditions and project documents. The Town of Merrimack and the Merrimack Public Library Trustees reserve the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities, and to accept the proposal which best serves the interest of the Town. By submitting a proposal, bidders agree to indemnify the Town from any and all liability, loss, or damage resulting from their actions or omissions on the project. Question Deadline 03/06/2026
