Bids are sought to supply and deliver one new JLG E450AJ Articulating Boom Lift or equivalent to the Town of Merrimack Wastewater Treatment Facility, according to detailed specifications and conditions. The Town intends to trade in one 2005 Genie Z4525 Articulating Boom Lift at the time of delivery of the new lift. The trade-in unit may be viewed at the Town facility. Bidders must indicate the trade-in amount on the Bid Form. Bids must exclude state and federal taxes not applicable to municipalities and must be quoted F.O.B. to the specified address. Bids must be submitted on the provided Bid Form, marked appropriately, and delivered to the Town's Finance Department by the deadline. It is the bidder’s responsibility to confirm receipt by the deadline. Complete descriptive literature and warranty information must accompany the bid. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, re-bid, negotiate contracts, or waive irregularities and formalities as it deems in its interest.
