The documents describe Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s plan to purchase, occupy, and rehabilitate a 43-acre warehouse property at 50 Robert Milligan Parkway in Merrimack, New Hampshire for use as a detention facility. The scope includes potential tentage and guard-shack installation, as well as renovations to create holding and processing areas, office space, visitor spaces, cafeterias, bathrooms, and healthcare spaces. ICE initiated consultation with the New Hampshire Division of Historical Resources in mid-January 2026 and provided maps, photographs, and site plans as part of its planning process. As of March 9, 2026, this project has been cancelled.
