Supply and deliver one new 32ft scissor lift to the Town of Merrimack Wastewater Treatment Facility. The scissor lift must be a new JLG ES3246 or equivalent. Bids are to be submitted on the provided Bid Form, excluding state and federal taxes not applicable to municipalities, and quoting F.O.B. at the specified facility address. Complete descriptive literature, including warranty information, must accompany the bid. Bids must be received in a sealed envelope labeled "Bid on Scissor Lift" and delivered to the Finance Department by the bid deadline. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid which best serves its interest. It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure timely receipt by the Finance Department.
