The work involves removal and replacement of various MCCs, motor control and power feeders, lighting and power panels within existing MCCs, transformers, and modification of existing control panels and existing SCADA architecture to support fiber communication throughout the water resource recovery facility (WRRF). Additional work includes electrical work, architectural HVAC, site grading, erosion control, site concrete, and site restoration. Only those who attend the mandatory pre-bid conference will have their bids accepted. Each proposal must be accompanied by bid security made payable to the Owner in an amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum bid price, either as a certified check or an electronic bid bond issued by a qualified surety. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after the bid opening. Minimum wages will be in accordance with the established local wage rates. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids.
