Sealed bids will be received for the construction of the Odlin Park Maintenance Facility. Bidders must submit their proposals in a sealed envelope to the physical or mailing address listed. Bid submissions can be hand-delivered to the designated drop box at the building entrance before the bid opening time. Late bids will not be accepted. Access to project bid documents, including plans, specifications, addenda, and the Bidders List, is provided free of charge to Prime Bidders, Subcontractors, and Vendors online. Bidders are recommended to register online to receive notifications of addenda; those who do not register must check the online plan room periodically. The content and use of project documents are restricted to bidding purposes and personal, non-commercial use as specified. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the opening time unless the award is delayed for more than 40 days. San Juan County Parks & Fair reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities.
