Site work for a water / sewer project in Ankeny, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Elevated Water Storage Tower No. 4 project includes the construction of 2,500,000 gallon composite elevated storage tank and related improvements on a city owned site located at 410 SW School Street in the City of Ankeny. The improvements will include excavation, backfill and site work, foundation, PCC pavement, buried piping and valves, painting, fencing, electrical wiring and conduit, controls integration, lighting, miscellaneous equipment, site grading, surface restoration and miscellaneous associated work necessary to complete the project. The initial set is free of charge to prospective bidders, i.e. qualified general contractors. This fee is refundable, provided the following conditions are met: (1) The Contract Documents are returned complete and in a good usable condition. (2) They are returned within fourteen (14) calendar days after the award of the project. An individual must call 515-225-8000 in advance to reserve a paper copy.
