The Village of Shelby requests bids for the construction of S. Michigan Ave, Bennett & Grant Street Improvements. The project consists of approximately 2,100 feet of roadway grading, sand subbase, aggregate base, HMA leveling and top courses HMA and concrete drive approaches, 1,700 feet of 8-inch water main and 500 feet of 6-inch water main with associated 1-inch and 2-inch water services, fire hydrants, 400 feet of 12-inch storm sewer, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk with ADA ramps, turf restoration, traffic control, permanent pavement markings, and all related work. Prospective bidders should refer to the instructions included in the bidding documents for all requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award. Question Deadline 03/19/2026: Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
