Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Durand, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

This is an LRIP lump sum bid to double chip seal to existing pavement widths including all termini intersections & driveway/mailbox bump outs using: 100% fractured FA-2 washed dark blue/black granite chips from Haas Wozniak quarry and PG 58-28 5% cutback hot liquid asphalt. The project involves double chip sealing of approximately 1.87 miles of Lindstrom Valley Road. Bid envelopes should be labeled "LRIP Lindstrom Valley Road Bid" and delivered to Dan Weisenbeck, W2355 County Road V, Durand, WI 54736 before 3:00pm Wednesday, March 25th, 2026. The Town of Maxville reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid most advantageous to the Town.
