Site work for a mixed-use development in Riverside, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and bridge / tunnel.
The proposed improvement consists of the Missouri River North Trail section within the city limits of Riverside, Missouri. This pathway/trail will connect the Line Creek Trail north of Argosy Casino and travel east along Tullison Rd., tying into Kansas City sidewalks in the area of NW Tullison Rd. and NW 38th St. The trail is anticipated to be constructed with a 10-foot wide concrete surface and will include a dedicated bicycle/pedestrian bridge over Line Creek. The approximate length is 5,216 linear feet, with an estimated construction cost of $3,895,000. Consultant services required include the preparation of preliminary plans, contract plans, and right of way plans. Design services may also include right of way plans, geotechnical investigations, public involvement, potential environmental and historic preservation services/permits, contract documents, utility coordination/permits, and traffic control including the preparation of PS&E and final documents. Construction engineering may also be a consultant service. Riverside will let the project.
