Bids must include work described in the Summary of Work dated March 6, 2026. All work is to be furnished and installed complete and shall include all incidental materials/labor unless otherwise noted. Contractors are to provide their own prints, equipment, tools, scaffolding, traffic controls, protection of hazardous conditions (i.e. fall protection), hoisting, daily clean-up, disposal, weather protection and personal protective equipment, including fees to subcontractors for any of the above services. The contractor will abide by all OSHA safety regulations. Work will begin June 10, 2026. The contractor shall include proper barriers to prevent entry by unauthorized personnel and between any work space and occupied spaces. The construction schedule for completion of the project is a priority for completion by August 28, 2026 and it is understood that all contractors bidding this project have the manpower and resources to complete the work within this schedule. The Tillamook School District is seeking bids from qualified firms interested in providing paving services for the Tillamook High School and South Prairie School Paving Projects in Tillamook, Oregon. Bids are due to Jay Marugg by 3:00 PM at the School District Office. All firms wishing to submit a bid must be represented at the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Late bids will not be accepted. This is a public works project subject to ORS including 279C.800 to 279C.870. Interested bidders should contact Jay Marugg, Transportation/Facilities Director, by email for the bidding documents. The pre-bid meeting will review the scope of work, answer questions, and include a tour of the work areas.
