This project consists of the removal, dewatering, weighing, hauling, and land application of biosolids from Aerated Lagoon No. 1 located at the City of Kennewick Wastewater Treatment Plant in accordance with the Special Provisions and the Technical Specifications. All bid proposals must be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Kennewick. The City of Kennewick reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. For questions or additional information, please call 509-585-4362.
