The work includes milling and 2" HMA paving of approximately 14,450 SY of roadway, selective removal and replacement of concrete and Belgian block curbs and concrete flatwork, construction of ADA compliant ramps, installing thermoplastic and epoxy-based striping, replacement of storm sewer curb pieces, and other related construction work. Bids must be made on the standard Bid Form contained within the drawings, specifications, and contract documents, in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the project title on the outside, and addressed to the Municipal Clerk. Each bid must be accompanied by all documents listed on the Bid Document Submission Checklist and a bid guarantee in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, not to exceed twenty thousand dollars, in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check. Bidders are required to comply with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Delanco Township reserves the right to reject all bids or to waive minor informalities and/or non-material exceptions in any bid. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
