All questions shall be directed to the Architect via RFI in writing. Please direct questions to Michael Hiller at mhiller@hillerag.com This project will provide for removal and replacement of the skylight system under the base bid and removal and replacement of the asphalt shingle roof system for the entire building. Work on the project is to be completed before May 30, 2026 Lycoming County Children and Youth Services (LCYS) will accept sealed bids for the "Lycoming County Children and Youth Services - Skylight & Roof Replacement Project." Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract will be required within 10 working days of receiving notice of award. No electronic bids will be accepted. Electronic Bid Documents, including drawings and specifications, shall be supplied to each bidder upon request at no cost. Contract documents are available at the Architect's Dropbox site at no charge. Alternatively, one hard-copy set of Drawings and one project specification manual will be available for a non-refundable cost of $100.00 payable to the Architect, Hiller Architectural Group. Mailing of prints will be at an additional cost. Documents will be available at the office of the Architect: Hiller Architectural Group, 45 North Front Street, Milton, PA 17847. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on-site. Additional site visits can be performed by contractors as necessary to review existing conditions, upon request. Unapproved site visits will not be permitted. LCYS reserves the right to waive any defects or irregularities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of LCYS, and to reject any or all proposals.
