Site work for a water / sewer project in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed proposals are requested for the lead service line replacement project. Bidders must use the printed forms provided, as no others will be accepted. Each proposal must state the full name of all parties involved and be accompanied by a bond or certified check amounting to five percent (5%) of the total bid as a guarantee for entering into a contract if selected. Bids will only be accepted from those who have obtained a recorded bid set of drawings and specifications. The successful bidder is required to submit a Performance, Payment, and Maintenance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid. The use of domestic steel, as specified, is required for the project. The City of Cuyahoga Falls will apply a Local Bid Preference as outlined in Section 181.08 of the Codified Ordinances.
