Santa Rosa Middle School Exterior Paint Project The Project includes cleaning surfaces, protecting non-paintable surfaces, priming, and painting the exterior of buildings. The successful bidder shall file a payment bond issued by an admitted Surety authorized to conduct business in the State of California approved by the District. A performance bond will also be required. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept or reject any one or more items of a bid, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding process. Contract Documents waives that bidder's right to thereafter claim entitlement to additional compensation based upon an ambiguity, inconsistency, or error, which should have been discovered by a reasonably prudent Contractor, subject only to the limitations of Public Contract Code 1104. To the fullest extent permitted by law District expressly disclaims responsibility for assumptions a bidder may draw from the presence or absence of information in the bid documents.
