Contact Mary McDonald of the Seneca Falls Performing Arts Center, Inc. to arrange for an on-site inspection of the proposed improvements. A contractor site visit and walk through of the property is scheduled, which is highly suggested but not mandatory. The attached plans have been approved by the Town of Seneca Falls and the State Historic Preservation Office, and permits have been secured. Do not deviate from permitted plans. Special care must be taken with historic resources and materials, as the property is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Submit bids for all work in the attached plans. Estimates must be emailed on the provided cost estimate forms by the specified deadline. If not bidding, return the bid packet with a cover letter. Estimates are not to be left with the property owner. Minority and Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) contracting goals are set at 20%.
