The Barnard Selectboard is requesting bids for mowing the grounds at Town Hall/Fire & Rescue Building, Charles B. Danforth Library/Old Fire Station, and the Town Garage/Transfer Station. The mowing contract will be for a term of three years, with a quality review after the completion of the first year. In addition to mowing, the successful bidder will be responsible for spring cleanup, fall cleanup, and trimming. Bids must be written as a flat rate for all properties per season. Bids, proof of insurance, and workers’ compensation may be submitted by mail or email. The Selectboard reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any formality and all technicalities in bids, and to accept such bid as may be deemed in the best interest of the town.
