Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and permits to construct and install 2 dual port EV charging stations at the Department's Region 3 Headquarters, located at 1701 S 24th Ave. Yakima, Washington 98902, GPS Coordinates 46.573879, -120.539144 in Yakima County. The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements. The Engineer's Estimate is $66,000. Carefully examine all project documents. Be fully informed of all existing conditions and limitations, including any activities by City, County, State, Federal, or private entities affecting access to the project. Include in the bid sufficient amount to cover all costs required by the Bid Documents to complete the work, including applicable taxes, insurance, bonding, licenses, payment of prevailing wage rates, L&I filing fees, and all costs necessary to complete the work. Submit all required bid documents, including the signed Bid Form, Standard Questionnaire for Qualification of Contractors, and a bid guarantee if required. Bids must be sealed and submitted as instructed. No oral, email, telephonic, or faxed bids or modifications will be accepted or considered.
