Description

New construction of a fire / police facility in Yakima, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a 11,200-square-foot fire / police facility.

The work includes the provision of one complete 80' x 140' steel building. Bid packets are available at the East Valley Fire Station 40 or on the District's website. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive minor irregularities, and accept any bid that meets or exceeds specifications and is deemed to be in the best interest of the Fire District. The bid will be awarded based on a Best Value criterion that best meets the District's needs.
