Bid is Cancelled. The State of Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) requires the re-roofing renovation of the Flagstaff Service Center. Instructions indicate that a Pre-Offer Conference will be held via Google Meet and a mandatory site visit will be required for bidders. RSVPs including attendee names, organizations, emails, and phone numbers must be submitted to the procurement officer to participate in these events. All questions related to this solicitation must be submitted through the State's e-Procurement system, Arizona Procurement Portal (APP) (https://app.az.gov/) using the Discussion Forum tab. All inquiries must be marked as Q&A and addressed to the Procurement Officer identified as the solicitation's owner. Work Details 3.1.1. Renovation includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of the existing roofing system and installation of a new roofing system and components. 3.1.1.1. Existing roofing(s) system(s) shall be removed to substrate. Removal shall include, but not limited to, the following: roof top unit curbs, flashing, parapet caps, and roof penetrations. 3.1.1.2.
