The Village is accepting bids for furniture and installation for the new public library and community building. The building is anticipated to be completed by September 1, and the Village requires the new furniture to be delivered and installed prior to opening at the end of September. The successful bidder will need to coordinate with the Construction Manager for timing of the installation work. Bidders shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time, with substantial completion in September 2026. Instructions include submitting bids according to the Instructions to Bidders, with sealed bids received at the specified location, day, and time. Bids can be mailed, hand delivered, or emailed to the designated contact. Bid documents are available online through various builders exchange websites and the designer’s plan page.
