Demolition and site work for an educational facility in Bellows Falls, Vermont. Working plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The project is for the demolition of an elevated garage space ("Ski Shed") down to the concrete foundation, followed by capping and adding a rubber roof. The scope of work includes all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the work according to plans and specifications provided by the BFUHS Maintenance team. The proposal should include plans for the removal of materials. Proposals must also detail the company name and information, similar projects, references from previously completed projects, products proposed to be used, warranty for proposed products, schedule of work to be conducted, and all necessary training to guarantee proper maintenance and upkeep. All activities related to this project will comply with the requirements of Local/Capital Improvement funds. Respondents must be licensed in Vermont and provide proof of insurance including General Liability coverage of a minimum $1,000,000/$2,000,000 and Statutory Workmen's Compensation.
