Renovation of a transportation facility in Bellows Falls, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Bread Loaf Corporation is the Construction Manager on the above-referenced project and is seeking bids for all trades. Scope of work includes temporary fencing, demolition, concrete saw cutting, interior excavation/disposal of contaminated soils, interior backfilling, cast-in-place concrete, concrete restoration, masonry restoration, exterior carpentry, custom wood doors, window restoration, painting, mechanical, electrical and sub-slab depressurization and flood mitigation systems. The project must comply with Davis-Bacon labor standards and the Build America Buy America Act. The project is partially funded by two federal grants totaling $1,082,174.00. Work is scheduled to start in October 2025 and be completed by February 2026.
