Site work for a water / sewer project in Bellows Falls, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Awarded to NOTT'S EXCAVATING, INC. $310,255.52 1. Construction of approximately 1,200 linear feet of 8-inch DI water main with polywrap and appurtenances. 2. Construction of approximately 930 linear feet of 12-inch and 18-inich DI sewer main with polywrap and appurtenances. 3. Pavement restoration. 4. Miscellaneous work, testing and cleanup. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. This project is funded in part through both the Vermont Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and USDA Rural Development. Consequently, the following provisions apply to this WORK (more detail for each of these provisions can be found in Instruction to Bidders): 1. Bid security in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders 2. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements 3. Performance BOND and Payment BOND each in the amount of 100% of the contract price 4. AIS (American Iron and Steel) provisions of P.L. 113-76, Consolidated Appropriations Act 5. Federal Wage Rates as determines under the Davis-Bacon Act
