Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in St. Clair Township, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.
The work is located at the east end of Smith Street in Sombra, Township of St. Clair. The work includes: a) Excavation of existing granular base with delivery to Wilkesport Public Works yard; b) Excavation of remaining material to subbase; c) Supply and placement of granular base; d) Supply and placement of asphalt; e) Line painting. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to familiarize themselves, and/or their sub-contractors, with the existing site conditions. The Municipality will not be responsible for any extra costs that may result from failure to complete an existing site investigation.
