Site work and new construction of a civil project in Lake Arrowhead, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work consists of providing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, facilities, transportation, and incidentals necessary for the equipping of one potable water supply well. The scope of work includes but is not limited to site preparation, construction of well head improvements, installation of a submersible well pump and motor, furnishing and installing a 10,000 gallon bolted steel tank and foundation, yard piping, modification of the existing basement room for installation of a packaged booster pump station, furnishing and installing a uranium treatment system, water softeners, chlorine injection, all associated electrical, pressure testing and disinfection of piping, system testing, and any other work as necessary to complete the project as described. Copies of the plans, specifications, and all bid documents are to be obtained from the Lake Arrowhead Community Services District, Engineering Department. Specifications are available at a cost for each set, with an additional charge for shipping and handling if requested. All interested contractors shall meet at the specified location and time prior to attending the mandatory job walk.
