Description

Renovation of a stadium in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.

For purposes of this solicitation, the University hereby establishes an overall goal of 30% for MWBE participation, 15% for Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (MBE) participation and 15%for Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE) participation (based on the current availability of qualified MBEs and WBEs). A. Work of this section shall be performed in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents, including but not limited to Instructions to Bidders, Agreement and General Conditions, General Requirements and Basic Mechanical/Electrical Requirements. B. Provide labor, materials, equipment and services to perform work and related work required by Contract Documents for a complete operating system. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 365 Calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
