Renovation of a multi-residential development in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials and performing all work necessary and incidental for façade repair at Hillside Terrace. Bidders are instructed to obtain electronic bid documents from the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee website or the Beacon Bid website at no charge. A pre-bid inspection for prospective bidders is scheduled, and alternative arrangements for site inspection may be made. Technical questions regarding the plans, specifications, and scope of work may be directed to Dale Kent of ECS Midwest LLC or Alison Woznicki of the Housing Authority. Administrative questions regarding bidding and contract requirements may be directed to Tim Hoye of the Housing Authority. Administrative questions about Emerging Business Enterprises (EBE) and Section 3 requirements may be directed to Megan Shaw of the Housing Authority, who will assist bidders in developing a plan to comply with these requirements. Bidders must comply with Executive Order 11246, Federal Labor Standards, Equal Opportunity requirements, and related program requirements as detailed in the contract documents.
