Project consists of the following in approx quantities indicated: 100 LF Silt Fence; 1 LS Site Removals; 1 LS Salvage, Stockpile, Respread Topsoil; Base Aggregate Dense 3/4"; 10 LF Concrete Curb & Gutter 18"; 750 SF Concrete Pavement & Sidewalk; 1 LS Prefab Restroom Building (including foundation, delivery coordination, installation and utility hook-ups); 1 LS Sanitary Lateral Connection; 1 LS Water Service Connection; 1 LS Electric Service Connection; 350 SY Site Restoration w/ Herbicide, Fertilizer, Seed & Matting. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids shall be securely sealed & endorsed upon the outside wrapper "BID for Huffcutt precast restroom at Chapman Park in Oconomowoc." No pre-bid conference will be held. Contractors on the Project shall be required to comply with the minimum wages in effect for the State of Wisconsin.
