Renovation of a mixed-use development in West Lafayette, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Prior to approval and execution of School's contract, the contractor(s) who is the successful bidder shall furnish an approved performance and labor and materials payment bond in the amount of 100% ofthecontract amount, which shall cover faithful performance of the contract and payment of all obligations arising thereunder. Performance and payment bonds shall remain in full force and effect for a period of one year after School's acceptance of the work and School's final settlement with the successful bidder. Bid security shall be in the amount of 1% of the bidder's total contract price. Should a successful bidder within ten (10) days after written notice of acceptance of bid withdraw its bid, fail to provide the required payment and performance bonds, or execute a satisfactory contract, School may then declare that bid security forfeited as liquidated damages, not as a penalty. One question per day regarding the Project, or requests for fair and equal treatment, can be directed inwriting to Fanning Howey via nvanwieren@fhai.com School reserves in its sole discretion the right to cancel the solicitation, reject any and all bids, is not obligated to accept the lowest or any other bid, and may waive any irregularities, discrepancies, omissions, variances or informalities in the bidding procedure. School expects to award a contract(s) for the Project to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder(s) at its May 11, 2026 board meeting. In order to prevent an extension of the bid opening, the Bidder shall make all requests for interpretation or clarification a minimum of 7 days before bid opening.
