The Town of Palm Beach, Florida is requesting qualified contractors to submit competitive bids to complete ventilation improvements at A-39, A-42, and A-43 Wastewater Pump Stations. This project includes furnishing all labor and materials necessary to construct all ventilation improvements at the specified pump stations as depicted on the plans and in the provided specifications to ensure a complete and functional system. Selected vendors must provide a General Contract License and be a Certified Electric Contractor. Bids must be submitted online through the Town's eProcurement platform. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth in the Invitation to Bid. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids and to award on an all-or-none or line-by-line basis. Prices quoted must be valid for ninety days from the close of the bid.
