Renovation of an educational facility in South San Francisco, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work involves providing pre-construction services including constructability review, value engineering, master scheduling, cost estimating, budgeting, logistics planning, site investigations, and construction services for the development and construction of the Spruce Elementary School Modernization project. Only prequalified persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations as approved by the Board of Trustees are eligible to submit proposals. Proposals must be complete and submitted by the specified deadline. All respondents must be prequalified through PQ Bids prior to submitting. The project is subject to labor compliance monitoring, Department of Industrial Relations' prevailing wage requirements, and skilled and trained workforce requirements. All contractors and first-tier electrical, mechanical, and plumbing subcontractors must be prequalified prior to the submission of subcontractor bids.
