Work may be generally described as: 1. Replace existing Vocational Building with a new building. Work includes but is not limited to: 1. Securing permits. 2. Pedestrian and vehicular control and safety and security measures. 3. Salvage, abatement, demolition, and cutting and patching. 4. Construction of a 6,500 SF building including installation of Owner provided metal building system. 5. Site work and off-site work, including on-site and off-site utilities. 6. Closeout requirements, including record drawings and Washington State Energy Code submittals. Subcontractor Listings: Subcontractor listings are required. Prevailing Wages are required. It is the responsibility of the bidder to go online to the L&I web page to verify they have the most current prevailing wages at time of bid. Accompany each Bid with a certified check, cashier's check, or surety company bid bond in an amount not less than 5 percent of the Base Bid. Make payable to South Bend Public Schools.
