Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Hudson, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The contractor is to complete all work shown in the plans, with the exception of asphalt paving. Work that is the responsibility of the contractor includes, but is not limited to, demolition, rough and finish grading, curb and gutter, concrete flatwork, utility adjustments, and installation of the Rain Guardian. All asphalt paving will be performed by others. The contractor is to leave the parking lot in a condition, and elevation, suitable for paving. Any required small touch-up grading will be completed by others prior to paving. All disturbed areas to be held-down 6" to allow for installation of topsoil. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. All bids shall be on a lump sum basis without alterations, additions, or erasures on the form provided in the project manual. Bids shall be delivered to: Kris Bos Assistant Facilities Director St. Croix County Government Center Conference Room 1409 1101 Carmichael Road Hudson, WI 54016 The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in the bids. Question Deadline 04/09/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
