The project consists of replacing existing equipment on an in-kind basis at the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and performing various upgrades at four lift stations. Improvements at the lift stations include the replacement of existing pumps and associated electrical control panels at all four lift stations. Additional upgrades include the installation of a permanent backup generator at one lift station and the installation of a bypass pump at three lift stations. Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) capabilities will be added to all four lift stations receiving upgrades, as well as to the Wastewater Treatment Plant, to enhance system monitoring, control, and overall operational reliability.
