Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Riverdale, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Eastern Iowa Community Colleges is accepting bids for the Scott Community College Parking Lot Rehabilitation project. The work consists of replacing and sealing the existing paving at parking lots B, C, D, and E at Scott Community College. The scope of project work includes the following: 1. Parking Lot B a. Reconfigure the entrances from parking lot B to Belmont Rd. b. Horizontal saw cut curbs around the lot to allow for easier snow removal. c. Install a new storm inlet at the northwest corner of the lot to drain an existing low spot. d. Seal and re-stripe the existing lot e. Install a new connection drive between Lots B, C, and D. 2. Parking Lot C a. Mill off existing asphalt surface, address sub grade as needed, repave with new concrete section. b. Install a new connection drive between Lots B, C, and D. c. Install a new ambulance drop off for a future remodel to the building. d. Re-stripe the new lot. 3. Parking Lot D a. Mill off existing asphalt surface, address sub grade as needed, repave with new concrete section. b. Install a new connection drive between Lots B, C, and D. Question Deadline 04/06/2026 Requests for interpretations shall be made in writing to the Civil Engineer. Inquiries received seven or more days prior to the date fixed for opening of bids will be given consideration
