Site work for a water / sewer project in Saint Marys, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes the engineering analyses and design for modifications and improvements to Lift Station 6 and Lift Station 42. Proposals are to be submitted for the design of these modifications and improvements. Instructions to bidders: Proposals must be sealed and clearly labeled with the name of the company or firm submitting the bid. Questions must be submitted in writing via email. Unauthorized contact with staff or elected officials may result in disqualification. Only written statements are considered official. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and readvertise. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or handicap/disabled status. Questions shall be made in writing addressed to Chris Amos via email at camos@stmarysga.gov. Deadline for submitting questions is April 17, 2026. The City of St. Marys will select the proposal bid that in its sole discretion is the most responsive and responsible to the City. The City is not liable for any cost incurred by vendors in the preparation of this bid. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
