Remodeling of a fire / police facility in Merrimack, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 1,111-square-foot fire / police facility.
The work includes removing the existing tile and moldings, supplying and installing new commercial grade vinyl tile flooring and moldings for the Central Fire Station at specified locations with an approximate total area of 1,111 square feet. Delivery and installation are required for all items. Bidders must prepare proposals at their own expense, acknowledge site inspection, include a detailed proposal with a list of materials, job completion timeline, and total cost, excluding taxes not applicable to municipalities. The bid price must be quoted F.O.B. Central Fire Station. Bidders must provide insurance certificates for worker’s compensation, comprehensive general liability, and motor vehicle insurance, naming the Town as additional insured. The successful bidder must agree in writing to indemnify the Town against any liability or damage arising from the contractor’s actions. Proposals must include a detailed itemization of all expenditures. Two copies of the proposal must be marked "Flooring" and delivered to the Finance Department by the specified deadline. It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure timely receipt of their bid. Bidders should refer to the Town’s Purchasing Policy for additional requirements.
