Site work for a mixed-use development in Belmont, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a manufacturing facility.
Provide services for the installation of new process equipment components being installed in the Fiber Innovation Center Building. The project consists of the installation of a whole room filtration unit that will take exhaust air from various parts of fabric manufacturing equipment and filter out potentially hazardous fibers. The installation involves electrical and control conductors originating from a Switchboard to energize a control panel, which in turn energizes various pieces of equipment associated with and around the filtration unit. Control conductors will monitor and control equipment to ensure efficient and effective filtration. Bidders must notify the designer in writing of any discrepancies or doubts concerning the drawings or documents no later than seven days prior to the receipt of bids. Proper licensing under State laws is required, specifically a general license classification for HVAC Contractors. Bids cannot be withdrawn for 30 days after opening, and the Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Bids must be submitted on the provided form with all information and signatures properly filled in. It is the vendor's responsibility to ensure the proposal is received by the specified time and date; any late proposals will be rejected.
