Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in South Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The Town of Palm Beach, Florida is requesting qualified contractors to submit competitive bids to complete Restroom Renovation at Par 3 Golf Course Old Clubhouse. This project includes furnishing all labor and materials necessary to construct all renovation work at Par 3 Golf Course Old Clubhouse as depicted on the plans and specifications to provide a complete and functional system. Selected vendors must provide a General Contract License, be a Certified Electrical Contractor, and be a Certified Plumbing Contractor. Bids must be submitted online through Euna Procurement (Bonfire), the eProcurement platform linked to the Town website. A mandatory pre-bid/site visit is required, and bids from firms without a representative in attendance at the pre-bid meeting/site visit will not be considered. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth. Prices quoted must be valid for 120 days from the close of the bid. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids and to award on an all-or-none or a line-by-line basis. Vendors are informed that the Town may not consider a vendors social, political, or ideological interest when determining if the vendor is responsible.
