Site work for a water / sewer project in Brick, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Contract No. ND2424 Fresh Pond Interceptor NI-11 Rehabilitation MH 3-3 to MH 7-3 includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the rehabilitation of approximately 2,500 linear feet of 36-inch diameter Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP), and 5,000 linear feet of 42-inch diameter RCP interceptors using CIPP liner, 350 linear feet of 42-inch diameter RCP interceptors using GeoKrete lining system, bypassing wastewater flows, traffic control, rehabilitation of concrete surfaces in 21 manholes with epoxy coating systems, and site restoration. The RCP interceptor to be rehabilitated is a portion of Fresh Pond Interceptor NI-11 from MH 3-3 to MH 7-3. The work is located within Public Right-of-Ways in Brick Township, New Jersey. This contract or subcontract is expected to be funded in part with funds from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and the New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust. Neither the State of New Jersey, the New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust nor any of their departments, agencies, or employees is, or will be, a party to this contract or subcontract or any lower tier contract or subcontract. This contract or subcontract is subject to the provisions of N.J.A.C. 7:22-3, 4, 5, 9 and 10. Full sets of Bidding Documents may be picked up from The Ocean County Utilities Authority. A non-refundable check is required for each set. Each Bid shall enclose Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bidder's Bid, but not in excess of $20,000. All questions or inquiries concerning the Bidding Documents or the Work shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer. Bidders are required to comply with all legal requirements, including equal employment opportunities, business registration, and prevailing wage laws. The successful bidder must comply with the provisions for participation of small business enterprises owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals. The contract is subject to labor standards provisions for federally assisted contracts, American Iron and Steel requirements, Build America, Buy America Act requirements, and a prohibition on certain telecommunications and video surveillance products. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $7M - $7.5M Question Deadline 05/04/2026 Written questions or inquiries about the Bidding Documents or the Work received less than ten days before receipt ofbids may not be answered. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
