Demolition for a residential development in Brick, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development.
Demolition of all structures located at 982 Falkenburg Road, Brick, NJ (Block 1170, Lot 16.01). Bidders must provide a bid guarantee in the amount not less than ten percent of the total amount indicated in the bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand dollars. Consent of Surety is required from a surety company stating that it will provide bonds in the form and amounts as stated in the contract documents. Bidders are required to comply with affirmative action regulations requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27; P.L. 2004, c.57 and P.L. 2009, c.315 which amend and supplement the business registration provisions of N.J.S.A. 52:32-44; the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 et seq.; and the Public Works Contractor Registration Act N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48. The primary purpose of this scope of work is to maintain the public health and safety of the Township in response to the demolition of all structures, any accessory structures, including but not limited to the house of property located at Block 1170, Lot 16.01, 982 Falkenburg Road, Brick, NJ 08724 (approximately 1,080 sq. ft.) as approved by the Property Maintenance Board.
