Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Brick, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

The major work items to be completed under the scope of this contract consist of roadway milling and resurfacing for portions of Lauren Lane South, Gallo Lane, Tennis Court, Abbey Road, Carter Way, Yorkwood Drive, and Ashford Drive. Bids should be placed in sealed envelopes and received by the Township of Brick prior to the indicated date and time for the public bid opening and reading. Bidders may mail or hand deliver bids to the Township at the specified address. Bid Guarantee is required in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid, up to a maximum of $20,000. A certificate of surety is required, confirming provision of bonds as stated in the contract documents. Bidders must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any immaterial defects or informalities if deemed in its best interest.
