Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development.
The Housing Authority is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the construction of six turn-key 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom homes located in Adair, Cherokee, Craig, Delaware, and Rogers Counties within the reservation. Contractors must provide all necessary labor, quality control, licenses, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, permits, insurance, and supervision to complete the entire project within 120 working days from the "Notice to Proceed." A penalty of $1,000.00 per working day will be charged for each day beyond the contract end date. Extensions are only allowed under extenuating circumstances. The project is awarded to the lowest, most responsive and responsible bidder. All costs related to bid preparation and submission are the responsibility of the bidders. No bid withdrawals are allowed within 30 days after closing. The deadline for submission and labeling instructions for bids are specified. Applicable federal wage rates and contract conditions are included in the packet. Bids are accepted from both Tribal and Non-Tribal bidders who acquire the bid packet. No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications, or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. To be given consideration, interpretation request must be received by April 17, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Clarifications to Interpretations for this bid shall be posted by April 21, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
