Bidders must be qualified by experience and properly equipped to complete the work within the specified timeframe for substantial completion. The engineer's estimate for the project is $2,400,000.00. The work covered by the Contract Documents includes installation of a new radial beam floating digester cover, new waste gas burner, new waste gas piping, and a new aluminum staircase.
