The City of San Ramon is requesting quotations from qualified vendors for the purchase of streetlight poles. Qualified vendors are to provide quotations with licensing fees, delivery or transportation fees, and any other charges along with a detailed description of the items proposed for purchase. Vendors must submit a completed and signed Informal Request for Quotations document and a completed Quotation and Price Schedule (Attachment A). Any deviations from the specifications must be detailed and submitted as part of the quotation. Quotations must be firm, not subject to escalation or deviation. Any special terms and conditions by the vendor must be attached in writing as part of the quotation. The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or any part of the quotation as required. Vendors are to submit completed documents via e-mail to publicservices@sanramon.ca.gov by the stated deadline.
