Sealed bids are requested for the Rowland-Sand Creek Fish Passage Improvement Project. Major bid items include: mobilization, dewatering and work site isolation, traffic bypass, removal of existing wood bridge, structure excavation, haul and disposal (350 CY), light loose riprap (65 CY), crushed surfacing base and top course (45 CY), gravel backfill Class A, installation of a provided bridge, utilities, streambed sediment (46 CY), common borrow backfill and compaction (20 CY), construction geotextile fabric (39 SY), seed and mulch (0.20 AC), project cleanup, and other items in conformance with the 2024 WSDOT Standard Specifications including the APWA Supplement and Special Provisions for the project. Bidders are required to attend a mandatory job show at the project site. All bid proposals must be in writing on furnished forms, sealed and properly marked, and may be delivered in person or by email. The project is subject to prevailing wage provisions, and specific submission and certification requirements apply. The owner reserves rights to accept or reject bids in whole or in part, waive informalities, and contract as deemed in their best interest.
