Non-personal services for a summer caretaker to provide surveillance, security, and after-hours guest support at a recreational facility. The work includes conducting routine patrols and facility checks, monitoring grounds and amenities, ensuring guest compliance with established rules and regulations, supporting after-hours check-in and guest needs, and providing initial response actions and notifications for emergencies. Services are focused on maintaining a safe, secure, and orderly environment for guests and facilities during the operating season, in accordance with the detailed requirements of the Performance Work Statement. The contractor is responsible for performing all caretaker duties during the defined periods of performance while residing onsite in contractor-furnished living accommodations. Location: Farish Recreation Area, 12005 Rampart Range Road, Woodland Park, CO 80863.
