Description

Furnish and place approximately 18,000 gallons of EDP, Dust Palliative. The materials to be supplied include approximately 325 tons of Anti-Skid, AS2; 2,500 tons of 2A Subbase; 10 tons of #8 Course Aggregate; and 500 tons of #3 Course Aggregate. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% (50% for Material Contract) of the contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance, are required from the lowest responsible bidder. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders. All work and materials must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be submitted on forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
